Our mission is to impact community health and wellness, mentor youth to encourage pursuit of careers in nursing, and to inspire, guide, and promote Hispanic nurses to seek higher education and leadership roles within health care systems and the nursing profession.

The Greater Milwaukee Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic nurses was the vision of four Hispanic nurses who were committed to investing their knowledge, expertise and resources in order to create and bring professional opportunities to Hispanic youth and Hispanic Nurses in the Milwaukee area. A total of ten professional nurses from diverse specialties, academic, and cultural backgrounds joined forces to bring to life the original vision in January of 2018 as the Chapter's Board of Directors.
 

 

Consolidating knowledge, skills, expertise, and resources will allow us to create a bigger impact to our community and the nursing profession. There is no better time than now.
